September's Artist Of The Month

September's Artist Of The Month goes to: HILARY DUFF. I chose Hilary Duff because I think she is really beautiful and talented. I also think she has a great voice and her new album, "Dignity," is amazing. I also like the fact that she is breaking out of this whole good girl image and starting to look more mature in all her music videos. I think she really deserves to be September's Artist Of The Month!
